I find it wo...Do you use whole wheat pastry flour? I find it works much better and makes breads lighter than whole wheat flour. I think it has the same amount of fiber too. I have a black bean soup recipe that I like a lot. I will try to post it. Are you adding seitan because you have a lot left of just for more texture?
